1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging High Quality Cleaning Service (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for cleaning services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
High Quality Cleaning Service provides professional cleaning and maintenance services for residential and mixed-use buildings throughout New York City, including but not limited to:
- Daily cleaning services
- Common area maintenance
- Trash management
- Staircase and hallway cleaning
- Rooftop and outdoor space maintenance
- Apartment turnover cleaning
- Interior and exterior cleaning services
3. Service Areas
Our services are primarily available in:
- Brooklyn
- Bronx
- Queens
- Limited Manhattan
Service availability may vary based on location and scheduling capacity.
4. Scheduling and Service Frequency
- Services are provided according to the schedule agreed upon in your service agreement
- We maintain consistent daily and weekly cleaning routines
- Any changes to service frequency or schedule must be agreed upon in writing
- We reserve the right to adjust service times within a reasonable window to accommodate operational needs
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure effective service delivery, clients agree to:
- Provide access to all areas requiring cleaning during scheduled service times
- Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or personal items before service
- Notify us of any special requirements, hazards, or access restrictions
- Ensure a safe working environment for our staff
- Provide accurate contact information and promptly communicate any concerns
6. Pricing and Payment
- Service pricing is based on the scope of work, frequency, and building size as outlined in your service agreement
- Payment terms will be specified in your service contract
- Prices may be adjusted with 30 days’ written notice for changes in service scope or market conditions
- Late payment fees may apply as specified in your agreement
- All prices are in USD
7. Cancellation and Termination
- Either party may terminate ongoing services with thirty (30) days’ written notice, as specified in the service agreement.
- Cancellation of scheduled services with less than 30 days’ notice may result in applicable charges.
- We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment, safety concerns, or breach of these terms.
- One-time or non-recurring services may require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid charges.
8. Quality Assurance
- We are committed to providing consistent, high-quality cleaning services
- If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours
- We will promptly address and correct any service issues at no additional charge
- Regular quality inspections are conducted to maintain our standards
9. Insurance and Liability
- High Quality Cleaning Service maintains general liability insurance
- We are licensed and insured as a NYC cleaning company
- While we take every precaution, we are not responsible for damage to items not properly secured or disclosed
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear
10. Staff and Security
- All staff members are trained, professional, and uniformed
- Background checks are conducted on all employees
- Staff members follow structured routines and professional standards
- We maintain clear and organized communication with property management
11. Supplies and Equipment
- We use quality supplies and proper cleaning techniques
- Clients may request specific products or methods, subject to availability and compatibility
- We provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed
12. Property Damage
- We exercise reasonable care in performing services
- Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service
- We will investigate and address legitimate claims promptly
- Our liability for property damage is limited as specified in your service agreement
13. Confidentiality
- We respect the privacy and confidentiality of our clients
- Staff members are trained to maintain confidentiality regarding client information
- We do not share client information with third parties except as required by law
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Labor disputes
- Pandemics or health emergencies
- Acts of terrorism
- Utility failures
15. Communication
- Clear and organized communication is a priority

- Business hours: Monday–Thursday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
- We are closed Saturday and Sunday
16. Modifications to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time
- Clients will be notified of significant changes with at least 30 days’ notice
- Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of modified terms
17. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will first be addressed through direct communication
- We are committed to resolving issues amicably and promptly
- If disputes cannot be resolved, they will be subject to the laws of New York State
- Jurisdiction for any legal proceedings shall be in New York County, New York
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with your specific service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and High Quality Cleaning Service regarding the services provided.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
